Two kinds of gratitude

Day 30 of #LiveWell2017

day-30-two-kinds-of-gratitude

I saw these shells spelling out “LOVE” one day when I was walking along the coast. I felt an immediate surge of gratitude for the person or people who took the time to put it there. It made me smile – sudden gratitude. Getting something – especially a nice surprise like this – makes me feel warm and happy.

I expect the people who spent the time to place these shells in this way felt that larger kind of gratitude by sending a message of love to all who walked near.

What kind of gratitude did you feel today?
