Do what you love to do, now

Day 94 of #LiveWell2017

Day 94 do what you love to do

Every now and then something happens that reminds me, in no uncertain terms, that our time on this earth is limited. It is these times when I take a moment to assess how I’m spending my time and whether or not what I am doing is valuable to me or to someone else. In other words, does what I am doing matter?

Josh Fields Millburn once said, “There are 168 hours in a week. Plan accordingly.”

That’s a powerful way to look at time. How much of each week is wasted on things that don’t matter? How much of each week is spent paying attention to the present? How much of each week is spent in service to others? What really matters?

Time is a human construct, but we know we only have so much of it before we no longer exist on this planet. Make the most of the time you have left. If you really want to do something, you will do it.

There are 1,440 minutes in each day. Do what you love to do. Do it now. You never know when your minutes are up.

What do you love to do?
